From Jackson, Tennessee, take US Hwy 45 Bypass North toward Humboldt. This would be exit 80B off of I-40. Go approximately 6.7 miles and merge onto US Hw 45E North toward Milan. (merging right at the Hwy 45 split). When you come into Milan turn right onto Meadowbrook.  The church is on the corner of Highway 45 and Meadowbrook.

From Martin you would simply continue through Milan and turn left onto Meadowbrook. (It is the first street past McDonalds)
